*All transactions regarding the returned product are finalized within 10 days from the time your product reaches our warehouse. When your products reach us and your return is notified to your bank, SMS and e-mail are sent to your phone number / e-mail address information you have given.
+ Can I see the refund of my return product price on your site?
*You can view the refunds made to your credit card in the 'My Account' section, in the 'Return Requests' tab.
+ Why is my refund made in installments?

The product/products you want to return must be sent with all accessories and original box.
The product must be unused and the barcode must not be damaged or broken.
Attention :
* Since our products are usable & wearable for special occasions and moments, you need to inform us on the same day from the moment you receive the product that you want to return, by calling 0212 634 05 10 or by e-mail: support@osmanlikaftani.com, and send it to us by Aras Cargo. Otherwise, the return will be made by making a deduction from the rental price for each day that passes for the product. If This Amount Exceeds The Order Amount, No Refunds Will Be Made
* For the Size Change of the Product You Have Bought, You Can Notify Us by Phone Number 0212 634 05 10 and Send the Product to Us Free of Charge with Aras Cargo.
* The Cargo fee of the product you want to return is deducted from the order amount, including the Outgoing / Incoming, and the remaining part is returned.
